No Show / Cancellation / Late Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.
At BROVADO, we understand that accidents and emergencies happen. Shop members are allowed one (1) grace appointment for last-minute changes or cancellations. However, no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price, even if it is the first occurrence.
To ensure smooth communication, all appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via email and 24 hours in advance via text. If you are not receiving these notifications, please contact us to update your communication preferences.
- Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a 50% rebooking fee, in addition to the cost of rescheduled services.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service price. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will also be considered a no-show.
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours require at least 4 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service cost, in addition to the rescheduled service cost.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will take the next guest. If possible, you will be serviced once the barber finishes with their current guest. If there is another scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to keep our schedule running efficiently while allowing us to inform standby clients of any availability. This ensures the best service for all established and future clients.
