Her career has also included leadership roles in the beauty supply industry, where she gained extensive product knowledge and earned the prestigious Presidential Club Award. This foundation allows her to provide clients with expert recommendations and results that go beyond expectations. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and ability to balance timeless styles with modern trends, Denise has built a loyal following. Her appointments are often booked weeks in advance, a reflection of her reputation as a master of her craft. Together with her husband Bill, Denise has been instrumental in creating BROVADO’s reputation as a destination for hospitality, quality, efficiency, and community. Bill
Bill is the co-owner and visionary architect behind BROVADO. With a deep commitment to fostering community and elevating the barbershop experience, Bill oversees the business's operations, strategy, and behind-the-scenes execution. Drawing on his extensive leadership background and entrepreneurial spirit, he has been instrumental in shaping BROVADO's identity as a premier destination for quality grooming and a positive space for clients to connect. As the driving force behind BROVADO’s growth, Bill’s role extends beyond administration—he provides the guidance, vision, and operational expertise that ensure the barbershop thrives. Daniel
Daniel is a master barber with a wealth of international experience. Originally from Argentina, he is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and communicates effectively in English. Daniel’s career has taken him from New York to Portugal, where he honed his craft and developed his signature style. Known for his precision and professionalism, Daniel specializes in short hairstyles, precision fades, and beard sculpting, making every client look sharp and polished. Ryan
Ryan is a highly skilled Master Barber from Delaware, known for his versatility in creating exceptional styles for both long and short hair. With expertise in trendy cuts for teenagers, especially those with curly hair, Ryan excels in crafting looks that are stylish, modern, and tailored to each client’s personality. Beyond his talent for contemporary styles, Ryan is also a master of precision fades, beard shaping, and traditional barbering techniques. Marielle has been perfecting her craft for over 30 years, specializing in military and law enforcement cuts such as skin fades and high-and-tight styles. Having worked in shops throughout Downtown Richmond and Midlothian, she has honed her skills to deliver precise and professional results. Red is a passionate and talented Barber who views hair as a canvas for creating art.
