NO SHOW / CANCELLATION / LATE POLICY
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24hr. notice.
Here at BROVADO, we understand that accidents and emergencies happen to prevent 24-hr notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Shop members are given (1) grace appointment for last minute scheduling changes or cancellations. ALL NO CALL NO SHOW will be charged 100% of appointment even if its the first offense. You will be considered NO CALL NO SHOW 15 minutes into your appointment if we do not hear from you.
Since we realize it is easy to forget an appointment made weeks or months in advance, all of our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via email and 24 hours in advance via text. If you are not receiving these notifications, please contact us to update your communication preferences.
All appointments will require a credit card to secure.
- Same day cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a 50% of scheduled services rebooking fee. This is in addition to the rescheduled service prices.
- NO SHOW will be charged 100% of booked service price.
- Cancellation of an appointment made within 24 hours prior will require at least 4 hours notice. Failure to provide it will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service cost. This is in addition to the rescheduled service prices.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will take the next guest. If possible, you will be serviced when the barber finishes the current guest. If the barber has another appointment following the current guest, you will need to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate the situation for all involved. More than 15 minutes late and you will be considered NO SHOW
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability and keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
